  1. Anyone out there like me, I was sleeved on 2/14 of this year. It was the best gift I have ever gotten.
  2. I have had several abdominal surgeries 3 c-sections, partial hysterectomy, full hysterectomy, gall bladder removal and the sleeve. I need to get a tummy tuck badly. I get horrible irritation under my shrinking tummy. I have cream for this does not help any longer. My arms are not any better very bad skin and irritation. Aetna says they will cover if medically necessary. How do I go about making sure I jump through the right hoops.
  3. Have found a great consignment shop in north Ridgeville Ohio. Called curvy consignment shop. Great items and prices.
  4. I have lost 58 lbs wish it was more. I need to workout more but it's hot and I am very tired in this weather.
  5. I have become hungry again last few weeks. I have gone back to my protein shakes. I calorie count everyday.

    Sign up for myfitnesspal.com it never lies. I try to eat 700 calories or less a day. I work out everyday, are u doing that?
  10. I try not to drink from straw. Is anyone chewing gum? Is anyone eating pasta? I was tol angel hair whole grain is ok.... Fills me up soo fast maybe 3 bites. I love working out and being active now.
  11. Surgery 2/14 start weight 317.5 now 278. Slow and steady

  19. Will not be at two month mark till April 14th. I will not weigh my self at the point stalling gettting 1/2 lb to a lb a weeks. I know it's a loss but I want more. I don't cheat and I work out 3 times a week. I keep my calories under 700 a day. Need suggestion on things to drink. I can't have aspartame, I am allergic to it.
  20. What is everyone eating to keep full? I think I need to lay off protein bars, but when I am not home that is what I use for a meal. I can only eat 1/2 bar at time most of the times. Eat lean meats during day not potatoes, rice or noodles at all.
  21. So I have to confess a purple peep has been sacrificed already. My husband bought me sugar free candy this year but I am limiting myself to 2 pieces a weeks. Anyone else struggling already with candy today.
  22. I am almost 8 weeks out and I can't eat potatoes too hard on my belly. They are just too filling.
