I am having the same results. I have just stopped losing, but no gaining. Im still frustrated because I want to lose lose lose.

Thanks for this post, I'm on day 4, still sleeping in my chair and sort of painful. I think I may be doing too much. I'm lookig forward to day 6 now

My husband bought one a while ago. It blends so much better than a regular blender. Good investment.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have the surgery on the 16th. I also have anxiety, so I think my emotions will be out of control afterwards. I'm hoping to be strong enough to share my experience and get the support I need through this site. Thanks to the members of the site for the wonderful advise and encouragement.
