  1. Hi, I was just banded on Monday the 27th. and for the first week I am to be on Clear liquids only. Talk about starving lol. I am having runny stools because of this. Is anyone else experiencing this? Next week I get to graduate to "thicker" foods like, yogart, oatmeal, Protein shakes. Of course I don't feel any restriction right now but will go for my first fill in 6 weeks.
  2. I was banded Monday the 27th of Feb, 2012 and today is thursday March 1st and I am going back to work 1/2 day today and tomorrow. I feel great and am able to get up and down pretty good. I'm having a difficult time sleeping in my bed so the couch is my friend for right now. I too sit behind a desk so I think I'll be ok.
