  11. falling off the wagon? I am 8 months out today and I feel like I am not doing as well as others... I am down 84 Pounds and have another 33 Togo. My problem is .......MUNCHING.. SNACKING... When I do sit down to eat a meal I do good, then when I start to snack I never really stop until I feel almost ill. It's all a mental game that I feel I'm losing... Excercise has been ZERO.... I'm just in a rut! I needed to vent... Thanks for the support.

  13. I only waited 7 weeks after my Surgery (Jan6th) to get a new Tattoo. I have a few already and have yet to see any of them change .....yet
  14. Thank you Writergirl... I needed the reinforcement. I can do better. It is hard. I feel great and my energy level is through the roof. Susan, I will do the 5 day thing the next time I stall... seems simple enough... I appreciate you posting that for me(us) Thank you again .
  15. Hi everyone, I went to the Dr. yesterday and he was not happy with my 9week stall.. Me either.. Anyways he was pleased at the big picture of losing 71 pounds in 5.5 months, but mentioned I could do better. Snacking was my issue along with not really excersizing to the fullest. So 2 weeks ago I started tracking my intake on My Fitness Pal. Seems like being more aware of your intake will help I hope. Checking the Patient Education Booklet that I received post surgery it says during my weightloss program I should be taking in 800 Calories and between 60 & 80 Grams of protien a day. Does this sound about right to you all? The reason I ask is because I have found other discrepancies in the book regarding Soft drinks, Sleeve Streching.. etc.. Have a great day everone!

  17. It is not very often that I go back and re-read a post that I read the day before, but this is one of them. Thank you very much for posting this.

  19. I'm glad I stumbled on this post... I had surgery Jan 6th 2012. My starting weight was 335. I am now at 270. I have hit stalls that lasted a week or so, BUT now I am going on 9 Weeks of not losing. I started tracking everything on myfitnesspal this week. I really feel like a failure and that I am letting myself and others down by not losing... Physically I feel great. emotionally I am a wreck!
  20. Again.... Thank you everyone.. I appreciate the advice.
  21. OK.. 1 night down.. I had cheese Sticks and chicken Breast and a Hardboiled egg. That was dinner and a snack. I kept myself busy outside.. I hope I keep it up. Thanks for the words of encouragement everyone.. I appreciate it.
  22. I was stuck on little square pretzels with peanut butter in the middle. Doritos, whatever is in the pantry... I guess I just need to get my head straight and stop it! I hope I didn't stretch my Sleeve out too much already.
  23. Thanks for the replies everyone.. The worst part about snacking and overeating is that I KNOW I'm doing it and I still proceed. It's like a roller coaster. So hard. thanks again for reading my rant... I just don't know who else to rant to.
