So, I used to have really thick wavy/curly hair but since the surgery I have noticed that it is thinning out a lot and I "shed" something fierce. I have started taking my vitamin B pills since it is low and that has helped a little but it still isnt anything like it used to be. I have read a gagillion different articles online but I figured that who better to ask then others who have most likely been in this situation!!! So PLEASE let me know what yall have been through and anything yall have done or tried!!!!! Thanks everyone
  2. Hey yall. So my underarms are icky and flabby. I work out everyday and do pilates 3 days a week and can see that the fat is visibly being lost in them but they still have that not attractive left over skin. How can I make that skin tighten up and be more attractive? My mom offered to get me surgery (she is the best) but I want to try everything else first. Its almost bathing suit season and tank season so I wanna be not embarrassed by them anymore. Thanks!!!!!!!!!
  3. So this is my first time since I started the surgery process that I have really been involved in one of these blogs. So far I am 2 and a half months out from surgery. During the 6 months pre-op that the insurance required I lost about 15 lbs. During the 4 weeks of liquid diet before and after my surgery I lost about 25 lbs and since surgery have lost 25 lbs. I am currently at 65 lb down since last summer... and it ROCKS!!! The biggest thing I am seeming to have a problem with is food variety. I am in college and cant spend a million dollars buying food and hours cooking everyday. I only cook for myself mainly and most recipes are for many people. So pleaseeeeee my fellow tiny amount food eaters help a girl out! I love food (obviously hence why I am here) but am open to a lot of new things and recipes! Thanks!!!!!!!!!
