Great Free Workout App
I was just going to ask if anyone has trouble with ab exercises... I get cramps right at the port, but I guess if the doctor told u to stop that answers my question... Now what are we supposed to do to tighten the loose skin?

Everyone can add me too... tsg1969...- Concerned About Pre-Op Diet...
Oh, one more thing...I would recommended if you can, do just liquids for at least 4 days before, only to get you used to having to do that. You'll be on liquids for quite a while after, then mushys. But even after fills you go on liquids for a couple days. At least that's what they have me doing. (I had my first fill yesterday) It'll get you used to only drinking your meals and not eating. Just an idea.- Concerned About Pre-Op Diet...
My doctor had me on Adkins, and I didn't lose any weight until I finally had it done...I wouldn't worry to much, it looks like every doctor has their own method. Good luck to you- Sharp Pain At The Port....
I've been exeriencing some really sharp stabbing pain right at the port. I think it might be gas, but it hurts sooooooooooo bad. Has anyone else experienced this?- Need Reassurance
I'm at 4 weeks myself and have lost 16 lbs, and like u can eat anything. I went in Thursday for my first adjustment and they were pleased with my loss. Unfortunately they didn't give me a fill cuz I pulled a muscle iny stomach where the port is so it was to swollen. I go back this Thursday to finally get it... From what I understand u should get a fill on your first appt... Good luck!!- No Insurance
I also used True Results. They repaired a hyena which qualified me to have my insurance to pay half, so I had to do in house financing. My portion is $5500 as well.- Pulled Stomach Muscle....
- Pulled Stomach Muscle....
The doctor I saw yesterday said I could take Advil... What will it do?- Pulled Stomach Muscle....
I have 800 mg of ibuprofen too... Did u have to cut it in half? The pills are kinda big. I split one yesterday to be on the safe side but since I didn't take it all at once it didn't seem to help.- Pulled Stomach Muscle....
I went in yesterday for my first adjustment. I had a feeling they wouldnt do anything because when I got to work I started experiencing some terrible cramping in my stomach right where the port is... Was unable to stand up straight and walking was even super painful. When I went to mt appointment they said I pulled a muscle where the port is located and couldn't do a fill because if the swelling. All this caused from me switching up my exersice from walking on the treadmill to running up and down my stairs. I had no idea I would hurt myself doing that. Now I cant go to work today because if terrible muscle spasms... Has anyone else experienced something like this. I'm in so much pain right now and don't know how to get any relief.- Today Is My First Adjustment....what Can I Expect?
I'm so stupid for changing it up. I was so excited for today. I really want to get a fill, I really need some more restriction. But I feel so stupid walking around the office cuz I can't even stand up straight. I'm able to sit at my desk, just so long as I'm leaning forward.- Today Is My First Adjustment....what Can I Expect?
Thank you so much for the info...I got to work today and started cramping really really bad at the port site. I have no idea why, the only thing I've done different is run up and down my stairs yesterday instead of walking on the treadmill. I can hardly walk or stand up straight. I have a funny feeling they won't do a fill if I'm cramping like this.- Today Is My First Adjustment....what Can I Expect?
Oh good, I was worried that they would have to stick me a bunch of times to find where they fill it.
