The shakes taste really good, but they are ONLY 12g of protein! That is not alot at all

I'm curious, what happens if I have a hiatal hernia during surgery?? I'm self pay do would that bd an additional cost?? I'm just wondering caz it seems like that are pretty common in people. Thanks

Sazparella-- it's a total catch 22 and I hate it! Hopefully the band will help us since our condition is hormonal. But I have read about many women being successful with their bands. I do think WE will have to work extra hard. That us why I wanted a buddy!
