  4. I did two shakes a day and one lean cuisine for dinner and lots and lots of water. When I needed something extra I had broth. Hope that helps and good luck.
  5. 30min cardio then 30min weight lifting. I do arms one day then legs the next day my goal is to get in 5-6 days a week but I am working up to that lol!
  6. I had my surgery on march 3rd and I started at the gym on 1st. So I think its up to your body and how it heals. I am down 33lbs but I have alot more to go I definitely am not a light weight lol!
  7. I am doing great I had my surgery on march 3rd and I am down 32lbs I am just starting to get in a groove with my eating so that's nice. Have you already had the surgery?

  9. I had my surgery two days before you. I am down 29lbs 13lbs per-op, I just started working out yesterday and it felt soooooooo good. I am having a hard time with what to eat. I have also over eaten about three times now and that is no fun at all. I still have alot of restriction and loving it. Congrats on your weight loss. I look forward to heating about your success!
  10. I have not had any problems with rice but I do get a tummy ache every time I eat eggs
  11. I defiantly get your anxiety cause I also struggle with it, but I will say I did not have any anxiety about the surgery I was way to excited. I think I have more now, just thinking about how much to eat how much not to eat when and what to eat am I going to mess this up..............and it just keeps going. I guess all I can do is take it one day at a time. I do believe this was the best choice I could have ever made for myself. I do wish you the best. Feel free to ask any questions I am kinda an open book
  12. I did not go to dr ortiz but I did go to mexico and I would do it all over again. I had my surgery on the 3rd of this month, I am doing ok I ended up catching a cold and it really hour me hard. I am also struggling with my brain not being done eating, this is definitely not the easy way out. I am still very happy that I got it done I just wish it came with a new brain lol!   13. I am two weeks out and I had a hard time getting anything down the first three days. I was not even hungry, I did how ever suck on ice chips and it took me three days to get down a hole bottle of gatorade lol! It will get easier and you will start to want to eat and drink. I still have a hard time making sure I get all my water but I an working on it every day....good luck!
  14. Hey chow chow I'm sorry your having a hard time this month I myself am not looking forward to those times. How long have you been placated? How much weight have you lost already? Did you start with a high bmi?

  16. I am 6 days out and down 20lbs 13lbs pre-op super exciting lol! I am still having bathroom issues lol meaning I visit it way to much. Today I think I felt hungry when I woke up so I made myself a slim fast shake and had about 3oz and that helped...I am having a hard time drinking enough because I am so used to taking big drinks and I have done it a couple of times scene surgery (that is not fun) So I tend to not drink at all......All of this is such a learning curve....I love hearing everybody's stories
  17. I am having a hard time walking I ended up getting my daughters cold and the coughing is really kicking my a** pluse I can't keep and food in my body cause I have diarrhea so I am very weak....if it was not for this cold and bathroom issues I think I would be doing so much better

  19. I just got back home......I am not feeling all that hot but I think that's mostly because I ended up with my husbands cold and it hurts to cough. Good luck, it really is not to scary well except their driving those mexicans drive like crazy people lol!
