every time i read your updates you look so happy in your picture it's hard to imagine you are going through a hard time with that big smile on your face. ironic hey?
well thank goodness your doctors can care for you! hope this is all over soon.
i was thinking of having a vsg, but after reading this, lol, i think i'm gonna try to lose my weight naturally. i couldn't handle a complication. thank you for telling the truth about how awful this surgery is!
so glad your surgery has been a success Lissa! What a gift you have been given (we all have) to extend our lives and live them in less pain and an increase in happiness on all levels (physical, emotional ...)
just tell them your stomach is giving you issues and you are having a procedure to fix it. be vague and say you don't know what they are doing exactly. that's what i am gonna say. i don't put misleading info in but purposefully leave info out
if you told her you were at goal to and she said 'it feels great to know you are getting there' maybe she meant that in the sense that it's been a great ride to get to the point you have both come to.
sometimes people only show symptoms weeks after when the stomach becomes less inflammed and then the leak shows up (as it was plugged from swelling previously).
No doubt! I feel sick inside for those that died. The guy with the pizza. It must be like how when junkies go to rehab and then come out 'clean' and die of an overdose the first time they shoot up. Shows that food addiction is a real disease. I'm sure the person who did that wasn't thinking properly at all. They were completely out of control. That is terrifying.
