I gave my FMLA paperwork to the coordinator office for my surgeon. I was curious about short term disability too. I figured since I am only getting 2 weeks off are they really gonna be able to pay me ?!?! and they said yes as long as its required from my Dr to be off. Good luck

That's exactly what I was worried about too. I'am taking 2 weeks off and I work in the ER. Why don't you go back to your Dr. Office to get more time off? Good luck

They are really good and the customer support is awesome. I just happened to call about something else and I asked and they said it was approved.
