4 Months Today And Not Happy!
30 pounds is GREAT!!! Before surgery it would have been so much more difficult! Are you measuring your food? Are you talking with your nutritionist, are you making the right choices, are you exercising? Answer these questions to yourself and look at the positive side of WOW, I lost 30 pounds!!! If you are doing everything the right way, you will get to your goal...be patient! Good luck, Ela

January 2012 Sleevers!
just be patient and follow your diet and you will consistently lose weight...I have been loosing the same amount of weight as in the first month, so trust your sleeve!! You should give yourself 2 pounds per week to be "safe" if you want to calculate how long it will take you to get to your ideal weight...track your progress and print it for you to see it every week. If you get to a point where you are not loosing any weight...look back and see what you are doing wrong (eat the same Breakfast, lunch or dinner or not drininking enough Water or proteins). Good luck! Ela

wow!!! I can only have black beans, no potatoes, rice, sweet potatoes...no carbs )) she wants me to eat chicken salad, fish salad with veggies or fruits...I have a list of foods I am allowed to eat...soups (not creamed) and not canned because of the sodium content...so it's more work to get my food planned for the day ))

Is your dr. ok with your eating mashed potatoes? My nutritionist wants me to STAY AWAY from carbs ))

Is Tylenol not helping with your headaches? Try to sip water through a straw...even so you will probably not be able to get all your fluids in and that is ok...just had my 2 weeks post up and I can barely get 45oz per day...try as much as you can... Good luck, ela

January 2012 Sleevers!
YEAH!!! Good luck...I stayed away as much as possible from Gatorade due to the sodium in it...I liked better the crystal lemonade right after the surgery. Ela
