I am so sorry to hear that! I would cry too! Hang in there and keep following the rules till you can get a fill.

I've been taking Biotin in capsule form fine but I also have never had a fill yet. I imagine I will not be able to continue once that happens.

Before I got banded I used to graze all night. Since I've been banded I've played around with times and 2100, 0100, and 0500 works best for me. I haven't had a fill yet so I still get hungry before the 4 hr mark but I just push through. Its tough figuring out how to eat right working nights!

I chose to have lap band surgery because I didn't want my insides to be cut up, stapled and rerouted. Lap band is less invasive than that.

Congratulations! I had my surgery today as well. Was in the OR at 7:30a and out at 1:00p. Everyone at the surgery center was so nice but I couldn't wait to be in the comfort of my own home. Minimal pain, no appetite. It feels surreal.

I'm having surgery on the 22nd. My doc's preop diet is three days clear liquids. Yesterday made me feel like a junkie going through withdrawals. Today is more manageable. :-)

I can definitly relate. My surgery is on the 22nd and I am a ball of nerves. I'm mostly nervous about possible complications. I need to think positive thoughts!

I live in Grand Junction, CO. Out of pocket is 12,750. With my insurance it will be about 3,000
