Not Losing On Scale But Clothing Much Bigger....can I Be Losing?
I also had a stuck scale but I could see I was getting thinner. I reviewed my exercise and food logs and noticed I was eating more carbs that I realized. On 12/4/11 I made my carb limit 50 grams a day, trying to stay below 40 grams a day, and I have lost weight everyday this week. I must control the carbs else they will control me . TBM
