I started looking into the Lap Band in January of 2011 after being on Weight Watchers for over two years and with little or no success. I attended a seminar and called my insurance to discuss the qualifications. After visiting with my primary doctor I was on my way to getting all the pre-testing required for the Lap Band Surgery. It was an insurance nightmare, but I was finally approved. Now, here I am I week today after surgery and I feel great.
