I just want to say I had my surgery 4 months ago with Dr. Ponce and so far have lost 63 pounds. He and his staff are awesome! I was at the INT which was also great! I just got back from taking a friend there yesterday. She also used Dr. Ponce but the difference is she used Trish for her coordinator. Trish goes beyond what any other coordinator does in my opinion!! She is so caring and makes sure you have the info and tools you need when you get home! Her assistant even called my friend today to check on her and will be charting her progress every week by phone! If other Bariatric surgeons trust him for their own surgery that spoke volumes to me! Dr. Ponce and his whole staff are so nice, caring and professional! Anyway, I would be happy to answer any questions.

I had my surgery Oct.14 with Dr. Ponce and he and his whole team are great! I was at the INT hospital and it was great as well. I just got back yesterday from going with a friend who just had the surgery with Dr. Ponce. She went thru Trish and the level of care Trish gives is beyond wonderful!! I wish Trish had been coordinating for Dr. Ponce when I had my surgery. She even brought me dinner to the hospital. Her assistant called my friend today to check on her and to answer any questions and will be calling weekly!! She also got a video of her surgery! I would not even consider another doctor. There are several bariatric doctors in Mexico who had the surgery. Guess who they chose?? Dr. Ponce!!! I would also be happy to answer any questions! Oknev@Aol.com

I find it very strange Angel86 that you say you don't have a date yet but under coordinators you state you didn't use a coordinator but used patient services at the hospital! If I didn't know better I would say you are Marlon Sanchez!

Be careful! Thought I was going thru the Doctors office but was scammed! It was a coordinator who bought the doctors website! He took my deposit and then his number was disconnected! I am sure he has a new website somewhere!!

I wanted to use Dr. Ponce de Leon so I googled him and thought it was his website. I got a call from a Marlon Sanchez who said he worked for the doctor. I asked if I needed to use a coordinator and he told me no! Come to find out he was a Coordinator who bought this website! I sent him a deposit and tried to get it baCk after learning the doctor doesn't even use him and that he made promises for you to have surgery with Dr. Ponce but once you arrive he would have another doctor! Marlon took down that website but I imagine has a new one by now. Dr. Ponce had no part in this and is a great doctor! So, be careful!!

I was sleeved by Dr. Ponce at the INT hospitAl! I hAve never had better care in any hospitAl ever! Dr. Ponce and Dr. FridAy are so nice. The nurses are awesome! I would be hAppy to answer any questions you have. Not surE what coordinator you are using but I can tell you who not to use!

AnneAC, I will be saying a prayer for you! My surgery is Friday with Dr. Ponce de Leon. I am a little nervous but mostly excited!

Soon2bemini, This is another fear I have too! I can't think of too many times I eat now when I am actually hungry yet I eat!!! My sister just had the surgery tho and she says the difference is if you do eat too much you will get sick! So, guess that will be worth stopping for! Ha!

Well today I have a new worry! Found out the person who was supposedley setting up my surgery may not have set it up at all or with the doctor I requested!! I thought I was contacting the doctor's office directly when in fact this guy bought this website!!!! I am praying I don't have to try to get my deposit back from him and my surgery is actually next week with the doctor I requested!! Feeling duped!
