  1. Thanks for the comments ... it's good to know I'm not the only one and I'm not crazy. lol It's also good to hear that "this too shall pass". Other than this weird pain I feel GREAT ... with the exception of being hungry. The first week I wasn't hungry at all this week ... can you say STARVING?? I can't wait to get to mushy! Soooo looking forward to eating something. Dadams - CONGRATS on your surgery!! How are you doing so far?
  2. Where is the LIKE button ... no make that the LOVE button?? lol I agree whole heartedly with everything Sue posted. What it all boils down to is the all mighty dollar!!! Sandy seems to be pretty annoyed that it's not all coming to her and that patients are going directly to Dr. Kelly without paying her a fee. I was sleeved by Dr. Kelly on 8/17/11 and went directly through Trish. I had no issues with payment or anything that happened once I was there. To the original poster I'm HAPPY you got everything situated.
  3. Contact his personal assistant Trish at WLS4betterlife.com or 619.955.6771. Best of luck to ya!
  4. I had surgery with Dr. Kelly on Aug 17th and worked with his assistant Trish. You can get the ball rolling by going to the website WLS4betterlife.com you will find all sorts of info and a way to contact Trish directly 619.955.6771 Best of luck to you!
  5. I had surgery 8/17/11 since then I've been GREAT with the exception of this weird ripping feeling near my belly button. It's not an incision point and it happens randomly when I move a certain way. It feels like a band aid being ripped off quickly (but on the inside). It hurts then goes away. Has anyone else had this ... if so what was it and what did you do? How long did it last? Thanks in advance!
