  1. I was banded on August 16th and I am having trouble getting more than 300 calories a day. Does anyone have any hints for me on how to get more? I'm starting to feel a bit punky from not having enough anything in my system. Today, I have started on full liquids so that should help. Does anyone have any good recipes, hints, tips or tricks for this phase?
  2. My name is Jennifer and I am 35 with two children. I am brand new to this website- thank you for the group- it was just what I was looking for. My pre-surgery weight was 325, not sure what it is now I don't have a scale that picks up over 300 pounds. I was banded 6 days ago, on August 16th. So far, doing ok.
