  6. I was allowed to have pickles at 4 weeks out. Of you're still very new, try drinking some of the juice. I was craving pickles like crazy and my doctor said drinking the juice was perfectly fine.
  7. I switch back and fourth depending on if I need a buzz or not. Haha I must say, the K-cup decaf coffee is delicious! No difference in taste at all.

  9. I actually can do the same thing. If it's soft and full of carbohydrates, I can usually get in much more than something that is only protein. I am a band to bypass revision too and have wondered the same thing. Why can I eat so much more than some? I just measure everything now and stop the second I feel full. Seems to work ok for me.
  10. Ugh .. It's been a terribly stressful day. I had a huge disappointment at work today then this asshole was the icing on my cake. I'm so embarrassed to admit this, but I returned to my old friend and binged tonight. Now I feel even worse.. 4 inches of a turkey subway sub, 6 Hershey kisses, and 1/2 cup of milk. I have no clue where it all went. Ugh... Just ready for bed.

  12. Proud of ya girl! It's so funny.. When we finally relax, it's like our body's relax and let it "go". Lol

  14. Thanks.. And yes, he was promptly deleted. I was dumbfounded that someone would be so outright rude.
  15. So, unfortunately, today I got to experience something that brought up past feelings of how people made me feel in school... Only this time it's BECAUSE of my weight loss. I got my new license today and took a side by side pic of my old vs. my new. I thought it was funny how different my face looked. Well, after posting it on Facebook, an old friend of mine made a very rude comment that actually sent me in to tears at work. I'm not easily shaken, but this really hurt. It taught me an important lesson though... Fat, skinny, black, white, tall, or short... People are people and will always find something to say about you. I just feel badly that he had to be so mean... I'm pretty down this afternoon because of him.
  16. Oh no?! Guacamole?? That really stinks. Maybe it's the fat in the avocado. :/ yeah, I'm grateful my body doesn't do THAT to me. Lol do meats get to you?

  18. I'd be happy to dump. I did at first, but now I can eat anything with no problem. That's scary to me. Lol
  19. Congrats! Me too! I have been stalled for OVER a month at the same weight and finally lost 3 lbs over the last 3 days! I think I was underestimating my intake and not getting enough calories. On Thursday I decided to not count calories for a week and just "eat mindfully". That's what I've been doing and to my surprise, I've lost a pound a day! Lol I'm so happy, but a little nervous that this is just a tease. Haha

  21. Congratulations!!!! So cute!!! Hope you and baby are doing well!
  22. So I have been stalled between 152 and 147 for like over a month. I keep going up and down. My diet is great and I work out a ton. I'm so discouraged. My fiancé thinks I'm obsessing over calories too much and should try to just use my intuition and eat healthfully w/o documenting for a few days and see what that does for me. I'm thinking about going back to liquids for a few days to see if that will break the stall. I'm so sad... I'm worried I'm failing and don't know why...

  25. 1/2 of a baked chicken tender and spaghetti squash with tomato sauce on all of it. Yum!
  26. Try goats milk! It tastes exactly like cows milk, but doesn't have the same proteins in it that make people sick. I love it! Seriously NO difference!---- well, other then price. Lol it's a tad on the expensive side.
  27. I had my first drink at 6 weeks out. I was tipsy and sober again within an hour. Lol
