  1. Thanks for the advice guys....I guess I will just wait on that:-) Don't want any pain or digestive issues.
  2. Hey yall, Hope your weight loss is going well. I am 7 weeks out and have been craving a salad ever since. According to my doctor I still cannot have raw veggies and fruit! I've tried watermelon and had no problems at all, what about you guys? When did you start putting fruit and raw veggies back into your diet and did you have any problems with digestion or cramping? Let me know:-)
  3. I am so there with you!!! I had my surgery on 7/11/11 as well and I lost 16 lbs the first two weeks and have not lost anymore since then. I hope you get some good feedback because I need it as well!
  4. Hi everyone, I am new to this website, I just joined today. I had my surgery July 11th and so far I've lost 16 lbs. My doctor had me to loose 12 lbs before my surgery but I lost 15 so in total I've lost 31 lbs. So, I am very pleased with things so far except for this portein! I am having a hard time finding a Protein shake that I like so I'm not getting as much protein as I should. This is driving me crazy! I gag thinking about those thick shakes. I've tried muscle milk and the protein powders and I hate them both! Also, I am starting to feel hungry, is that normal? I can only take 1 or 2 bites but I am hungry like an hour later after. I have not had any complications thus far, I work out 5 times a week and sometimes twice a day. I am so proud of myself, I didn't know I had it in me:-) Good luck to you guys on this journey and new life style!
