Lap band and hiatal surgery in 2013. List over 100 lbs in 1.5 yrs. hiatal hernia came back with a vengeance and gained back 50lbs. No fault if the band. I order to fix hernia surgeon took out band. Lots if scars so hiatal hernia came back w/in a month. Gastric bypass and hernia fix again and doing well. Hope hernia does not come back. Surgeon says it may so keep taking omeprazole and follow bypass post op diet carefully.
