Wonderful news

Ok didn't have time to do my workout dvd...my did do my arm reps and went grocery shopping at Sam's right after work and put up my Christmas tree (that took 2 1/2 hours standing) so I guess that's like a work out lol...I'm super sore and TIRED!!! I need to get up early and do my dvd workout first thing in the a.m., it's sooooo hard.

Ok I started off with arm reps today. Then went on a bike ride (after bike ride hit the couch and when I got up, I was so dizzzzy, so out of shape ). Then went to Best Best and got a work out hip hop dance dvd. Thank GOD it's only 10 minutes each session (has 5 total, only did one)...the great news is I did it all with my daughter sniff, sniff, the bad news is I CAN'T SLEEP NOW hahahahahahha! My body MUST be in SHOCK!!! I started off late today, but I wanted to start today and not wait until tomorrow. I will start at 6am tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great week this week!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

I had a terrrrrible time after surgery. It was so hard for me! I was so weak and in pain. I would read where people were out shopping a few days after surgery, and back to work after a few days, and would think what's wrong with me. I could barely stand to shower and dress. Day 14 I felt semi normal again. Hope you feel better soon!

Yeah that could be a problem trying to match the color...I colored my hair blue black (for the first time) a few months ago and it was pretty easy to match up .

Mine have clips and so far I havne't seen any hair ripped out, so far, so good
