  1. Congratulations. I just had my surgery on Monday. I have some pain at the port site. I have been drinking liquids, soups and shakes and so far so good. I hope your recovery goes well.
  2. Thank you all for the words of encouragement! I am back home and getting rest. I am trying to be positive, I know I can do this. Thank you all!!!!
  3. Just got banded yesterday. Port site hurts, I guess not too bad. I feel like I am regretting this. Anyone else feel regret right after? I hope this feeling goes away. Going home today, maybe I just need to be comforted by family. Hope everyone has a successful journey.
  4. My surgery is on the 24th, and I am anxious and nervous at the same time. I even had a dream that I went in a day early. 3 more days!
  5. I am new to this forum. I have finally decided that Lap Band surgery is for me after much debate. I have a BMI of 37 and high blood pressure. I live in Belgium. I want to know if any one can recommend a doctor out here or tell me how to verify a docotr credentials. Thanks
