Well I decided several months ago to go in for a Lap-Band seminar at my local hospital. For many years now I have gained weight due to some part 3 pregnancies and the lack of any physical activities. The weight is sitting here holding me down from engaging in activities with my two wonderful children. I am afraid that without the Lap-Band I will continue to gain weight and continue to be a couch potato. I can see myself weighing less not for the beauty in being smaller but the knowing that I’m am healthier and that I may live a much fuller life without the weight. So this year I began my journey of weight loss.
