  1. I was banded on September 6th and mine looks the same way. I thought they might have taken some skin from me but now I know I'm not alone.
  2. I'm feeling pretty good today, got up took a shower, did some walking around and trying to get my water in. Other than the incisions discomfort I feel fine. You'll do fine it'll be over before you know it just get up and move as soon as you can. I'll pray that everything goes well with your surgery.
  3. Glad everything went well for you, yeah mine was at 7:15 and I left around 11. I'm feeling good except the port soreness is uncomfortable and annoying other than that just a tad bit of left shoulder pain. Congratulations to you we're on our way!

  9. It depends on how soon your surgeon can get you in and if you've finished all the pretesting. My insurance had up to 45 days to respond but I called them after a week and I was approved. So it just depends you just have to follow up with them.

  13. Sept 6th right around the corner, I just can't wait to experience the feeling of having the band in me and making it work for me. Listening to everybody's experience with the band is cool and helpful but I won't know what its like until I'm there. Good luck to all of us September bandster!
