  6. Well guess it may sound bad that I did lie about the procedure but it was 1/2 true i told them the part about me needing my gallbladder out and a repaired hernia but left out the sleeve part. They contribute my weight loss to my healthy eating and exercise but I am also a slow loser too so maybe that's why its less obvious. But that’s just what i said. Good Luck , Oh and i have 4 daughters and i am 35

  12. My opinion its the perfect time , you have the most restriction and are fresh from surgery no hunger yet you will not even want to have all the bad stuff. Not like me I will be 8 months out come Christmas I am afraid I will have the ability to eat more!!

  17. So I have been doing good steadily losing weight but I have been feeling a little more hunger lately and noticed I am eating way too fast. Every time I eat I tell myself not to do this but It seems to happen, doesn’t help I get on 1/2 lunch but any suggestions on how to train myself to eat slower???
  18. Took me 10 days from surgery!! Try smooth move tea I get it at my local health food store
  19. Freedom!!! From all the diets I have been on and failed from all the times I lost just to regain and then some. I sometimes say I feel like I am on a permanent diet pill that I don’t have to think about it just works (that may be a weird analogy) LOL you get me right
