So Milo decided to play doctor tonight and he told me to open my mouth. After he looked in with the depressor, he said, "Hmm, you have a really big tongue." LOL...I love this kid so much!

Tonight I will be making strawberry cheesecake and drinking some vino while packing for our 3-day family weekend in San Antonio...Sea World, Alamo, the Riverwalk, the whole shebang.

Today, I am thankful for my job. I'm nobody important and I'm way underpaid, but in this economy I feel happy to have found a place that will pay me to Facebook for 8 hours a day.

This morning I sang Christmas songs all the way to Milo's school. "Santa Clause is Coming to Town" was his favorite. Everytime I fininshed he said, "Sing it again!!". He is definitely my kid! <3

Just booked our stay at the Port Royal Ocean Resort to celebrate our 5 year anniversary next month. I can't think of a better place to be in December than on the beach.

Hey friends! Hope everyone is feeling fanastic is your new, smaller bodies! I was banded July 12 and am down 57 lbs (in about 16 weeks). I am no longer "plus size" and am anjoying shopping in all the "normal stores". I'm soooo happy I made this decision! What about you?? Please check in! -

In my opinion, laxitives are probably going to be your best friend as long as you have a band. I am almost 3 months post op and have to take laxatives on a regular basis or else I don't go without them. When you eat so little food there's not much going on down there, so it could take while. I don't feel like waiting, and I don't lose weight unless I go!
