  3. yeah, im delighted with that, i meant by comparison to the op's 20lbs!
  4. enjoy it! I am day 9 today and im down only 9lbs, from 215 to 206 and i havent lost anything in the last two days. My calorie intake has never exceeded 600 yet, and i've been walking everyday.
  5. Go back go back go back...follow the instructions you were given. Start to think about the reasons you have gotten the band and allow yourself to imagine and daydream about what you want to look like and feel like. If food was your friend you wouldnt be posting here. You slipped up, forget about it and get back on the wagon! Remember, if you always do what youve always done you'll always get what what youve always got!

  14. Hi, I had my surgery on June 10th. I was suffering from terrible gas, it seems to be starting to alleviate a little today, but the discomfort in my chest area is not getting any better, in fact it now seems more constant than previously. I dont really know how to describe it, its not a constant pain but more a constant feeling of having something lodged, as if i swallowed a tennis ball, its very uncomfortable, is this normal? is it also gas? I have been able to drink Water fine and my xray post op showed no problems...but the feeling is getting me down Jaynie
