Getting Fluids In...UGH
Thanks everyone for the advice. I decided to do the 1 oz every 12 minutes and today started at 5:46 am with 4 oz of my protein and have been able to down 10 oz of water with lemon. It is much easier this way.

I am allowed to do the G2 but the dr said to do straight Gatorade for a week then go back to G2. That might be my saving grace Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Getting Fluids In...UGH
My taste pallet is off. My body is going into ketosis and my dr is allowing me 12 oz a day of regular Gatorade which is great but I'm not drinking the whole 12 oz because of the sugar. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Any April/May 2016 sleevers?
Hello Lori Lynn, have you tried the Isopure zero carb Protein drinks? They have 40 grams of protein in 20 oz. I prefer mine ice cold and it is just like fruit juice minus the sugar. It is a little chalky after taste but once you get use to them they are easy to drink and there is no mixing or blender needed. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

@@nervousnelly719, I'm scheduled to try sleeved on 4/25. I read your threads about not getting enough Protein. Have you tried the Isopure zerocarb drinks. They are just like juice pre-made from GNC or Vitamin shoppe. They gave 40 grams of protein in the 20 ounce bottle. A little chalky after taste but very easy to deal with and you don't have to make a thing. I gave tried the grape and loved it. Just a thought considering how much protein it has. I have been reading all of your threads. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
