Betsy thanks for the information. If you wouldnt mind could you please let me know what you are eating. I eat mainly salads with chicken and ground lean beef. I havent really been doing the protein drinks. I know I need to exercise more just finding the time between job and kids is hard. I dont eat breakfeast I feel more restriction at that time. I guess I am eating the wrong things and would like some freash new ideas.

Hello everyone I have not posted that many things but enjoy reading everybody elses. I was banded on Nov 16 and have lost 30 lbs. I have had 2 fills and I am due for another one on March 5 I am stuck at 30 lbs I have not changed my eating habits I have started walking more so I dont understand. Can someone explain? I am getting discouraged and I dont want to.

My doctor made me wait for one month and 1 day. I have just had my second and still dont have much restriction.

Yes i am going thru AIGB for my fills, that is where Dr. B sent me for my fills. On the first one I did not fill much restriction but since I have had the second one I feel more restriction. No I would not have been able to lose 24#'s myself or I would have lost then gained it back plus some.

Hello Cindi I was banded by Dr benavides on Nov, 16th 06 they are wonderful. I have lost 30lbs so far and its wonderful. Glad to meet you and look foward to talking some more. By the way were are you from? I live in Corsicana about 50 miles south of Dallas. GOOD LUCK ON EVERYTHING!!!!!

Hello again I see that everyone is talking about exercise. I have not started yet I was always real shy about geting out in front of people to exercise,but now that I have lost 28 lbs I have more confidence in myself. So starting Monday I am starting an aerobics class, I am really excited. I just hope my knees hold up I am at a stand still on my weight but I go for a fill on 1/30/07 so maybe that will help me. I find my self getting fustrated though when I step on the scales which is every Monday do you think that this is to often? How often are some you all stepping on the scales. Look forward to talking to everyone some more.

Hello my BMI was 36 when I started I have lost 28lbs and I am at a stand still I go for a fill on 1-30 so maybe thath will help I dont have much restriction right now. Hopefully that will help plus the fact that I will be starting to exercise this next week.
