  1. GA_googleFillSlot("LBT-TextAd05");Hi, I am going to be having surgery in about 1 1/2 weeks and trying to get some advice with other guys who have had it done. What was your experience after surgery in regards to the diet and exercise? I am in need of loosing 50 lbs to be at my goal weight . I am wondering if anyone has experience visible ports or complications. For the past 3 weeks I have been eating small meals and working out in order to get a head start. I have lost 15 lbs but not sure if I should go forward with the surgery or not just a bit worried. Any comments will help. Thanks. Cesar

  5. Hi, I jsut signed on to this forum site like 10 min ago and looking for people that I can relate to and I think I have. I am currently in a situation that has gotten me very confused. I am set to have surgery on May 16 for the last 2 1/2 weeks I have been working out and eating 5 small meals a day with the help of a nutrionost. I have already lost 14 lbs. I am 5'9' and currently weigh 253. I believe as a male and my height I should be at 180. I am not sure if I should go head and do the surgery or stick the my current plan. I do worry that this is only a phase and then I will go back up in weight. I have the motivaton but just worry and confuse myself if I should go with the surgery or stick to what I am doing. Cesar
