Sorry if I hurt your feelings, that was not my intent. I have suffered from depression also and during some of my rougher times contemplated the same thing. But never as low as I have ever felt have I thought it was okay to take someone down with me. I think that murdering your family or anyone for that matter and then committing suicide is a cowardly act. Perhaps I should have chosen a better way of wording it and maybe I should find a better way to word this, but frankly it is just how I feel.

I just can't wrap my mind around it. I don't know how anyone can kill another human being, much less their own child.

At my hospital it is considered a 23 hour outpatient procedure. Yes, you stay overnight but the procedure itself is considered outpatient. I think it is just more of a doctor preference thing as to whether you stay overnight or not.

It shouldn't make a difference if you are a dependant or the primary holder. If you have insurance, you have insurance. I had BCBS of Michigan and WW did not count toward the diet requirement. It had to be a doctor supervised program.

re: insurance, bc and abortion My assumption here is that most insurance companies believe that a woman will shell out the $30 for pills monthly so why should they bother. Also I know DH's insurance did not cover pills but did cover IUD's and other non oral methods. As for covering the abortion, a $300 fee is much less expansive than hospital cost for childbirth and insurance coverage for the child.

Fried cheese curds are delcious. And I would totally eat the fried candy bars. Probably a good things I don't know where to get them. As for cold I almost had to break out the winter coat this morning. Yuck!

Your water bottles would weigh the same amount whether the water is liquid or frozen =) So you always carry that extra weight around.

Not that I am even close to rich but if I were, why should I have to part with more of my hard earned money to pay for other people who can just sit on their butt and do nothing all day long. All too many times I have seen people at the stores paying for groceries with their bridge cards and buying their smokes, alcohol and blunt wrappers with cash. All while wearing their over priced brand name gear. Let me just say that the day people have to start peeing in a cup to get that welfare check is the day I might start to have a little more faith in the current system. Not only did I have to pee in a cup for my paycheck, I actually have to put in 40 hours a week to receive it!

Why would you think you blew it? I think you handled yourself just fine. Blowing it would be paying the $40, trying to overeat to compensate for that, and end up throwing up in the bathroom. You saved yourself $40 and potential embarrassment. Congrats

I know it is comparing apples and oranges but I can't help thinking about this whole McCain voting with Bush 90% of the time... Isn't it said that we share like 98% DNA with chimps? Look at what a difference 2% makes. Maybe that 10% makes a bigger difference than people think.
