  1. yes. I didnt go on a pre-op diet. I was asked to just not eat or drink before the time of the surgery by 8 hours and I was set! Dont worry, I was fine.
  2. Congrats! What a wonderful achievement. Happy for you
  3. What a great difference! Keep up the good work both of you!

  6. welcome! I too lurked around for months before I became a member. Getting sleeved was the best decision I ever made (month out now) . Look forward to reading about your journey. Good luck!
  7. inline with everyone else, my only regret is not getting sleeved sooner. I love my sleeve!
  8. I was sleeved Thursday March 24 was at work Monday March 28. I have a desk job so it wasnt very difficult for me.
  9. I drove 3 days post surgery and went to work. It was a short drive (10 mins) and I was fine. I agree with the others, the problem with the long hours drive you will face is the part where you dont walk and move around. It is very important to get the exercise. Good Luck!
  10. WOW you look beautiful... CONGRATS!!! I am 10 days out and starting my journey ...what an encouraging post! Dea.

  12. I just wanted to thank everyone that has ever posted anything on this forum. In the past months, I have read them ALL and they have encouraged me and supported me very much with my decision. Today I am on my 2nd day post op –my op was March 24—and I feel well. Nausea, sleepy, stomach so tight went by as expected because you all shared your experiences so when I experienced it, I did not worry as much. THANK YOU ALL FOR SHARING… I cant wait to pay it forward and share my experience too. But right now I am very sleepy. I just couldn’t not register and post this for everyone. Dea.
