Thanks! The littest is my neice! The other is mine... Both of the kids are part of the reason I chose to get the surgery... with my daughter I was unable to do simple fun things! and with my neice I though "if im this big i medically wont be able to have another" sooo! now I am having a awsome time living life with both of them! I would like to lose ATLEAST another 100... i would be happy at that point if I can do more AWSOME! Great job for you too!!! It sounds like where on the same track line.. do you work out? how you doing with excess skin? Good job to you aswell!!!!! and thanks again

Thanks!.. I did start at a higher then most number! BUT I defintly make sure I am drinking lots... getting lotsa Protein.. and eating 5-6 times a days tiny amount and i have to remind myself often! sometimes I forget or I dont have proper foods around and I dont eat.. NOT GOOD! get very light headed, dizzy, headaches... I eat a fair amount of cheese, hard boiled egg white, lunch meats, yougurt,nuts, chicken (roasted chickens from store) ground beef doesnt sit right with me! the smell makes me nauses.. oh i liek shrimp and tuna too!.. of course veggies... and some fruit .......... working out was very hard for me due some anxietys at the gym but I have now conquered it and will be starting personal training aswell!!!!

Well! I am down 98lbs! I still have alot to go but, I feel SOOO much better already now I just need to tighten up some skin and keep those numbers dropping and and I will be even happier!!! I struggle with my body image at times... I know its better then it was just frusterating! I have had cravings for "bad food" but I have managed to work my way through it!! without endulging first the pic with me and 2 kids is a month after surgery I had lost still but only 35 or 30 ish , my kid and dolphin was a couple months before surgery... and the others are very recent dolp.bmp

hey guys! I am 24 got sleeved nov 15, 2010. I didnt have any issue just soreness from the surgery it self. no problem at all with drinking, its been great... I am down 98lbs ... I am struggling with extra skin.. I am trying to tighten, well at least build muscle. my confidence it continueing to raise yet lowering because of my skin. I started at a pretty high number.. I still have lots to go!I look forward to the end result

hey you know I kinda had the same thing!!!! I figured it out to be just a muscle soreness...

just been through this exact things!! mashed potatoes or scambled eggs.... MASHED POTATOES!!!!!! i personally have been haveing some problems with scrambled eggs not hard boiled just scrambled... not digesting well.... i would REALLY recommend mashed potatoes with a little grated melted cheese on top!!! you will be in heaven

yup id say you dbe totally good to goto vegas!! I am a week out and could do it!! HAVE FUN

like I said because of my High BMI it was done at Swedish Stevens hospital in Edmonds.. Coming from canada which our health care is good... this hospital was AMAZING I have never been cared for or treated so amazingly ever!!! ther employees seemed liek they actually liked there jobs!!! .... hospital is a bit for expensive but they were a little worried about complications... but there was none and Id rather be safe then sorry .... i have heard they normally do most sleeve at there center which is great as well!!!!! I went home the next day from hospital

I have wanted to cheat soooooo bad!!!!! but i havent the only thing I did do was lick a couple flavorfull chips for the flavor and omg it was good didnt have ANY chip at all!!!!! i really just needed the flavoring of something on my tongue....... how awful is that??

Hey I am 24 and I just got sleeve on monday I went with Puget sound surgical, I am from canada so I was self pay... but with the wonderful doctors there and the care you recieved after for 2 years will be worth it for sure!!!!

hey I was sleeve on the 15 as well!... I got home the next day and honestly wasnt what I expected my incisions were the only sore part on me... no gas pains until thursday when I got some GasX wiched seemed to help!! I can drink anything and NO pain I dont get it.. but shouldnt complain?? I am craving crap food though big time its HARD being restricted!!!! My only problem I am having is my calves (both) are quite sore to touch in a certain area.. I went to my GP and he sent me for blood work I did that today checking for clots and results came back that my "numbers" were very high and I needed to goto ER asap... then he changed his mind and said to just moniter my legs.. theres no swelling or colour change and I am up walking, driving lots ( maybe too much??) Another things is i am FREEZING like goosebump cold constinaly..not sure why?? anyone else... not sleeping well up every 3 hours IF i can even fall asleep!!! and one more issue anyone else having a gas pain in their left shoulder??
