I am going thru the same thing have not lost a freeking lbs since feb 21,2011 had my surgery on Jan 24th down 21 lbs total. I am getting frustrated tomorrow I will be getting my second fill. Reading the forums makes me feel a little better because I see in not alone and what I am going thru does happen. I think I will go back to basics sigjh... It can be so hard to keep your spirits up, but looking at my port scar helps me keep going. It took a lot of hard work to get my surgery approved so I have to remember to keep going. Coquito

Hello everyone, I am new to this lap band site. I had the lap band on Jan 24 2011, and have not lost a lbs since feb 18.. I am down 21 lbs but sooo frustrated at this point. I have had one fill, and will be getting my next one tomorrow. Any suggestions to get the ball rolling again? thanks
