obstacles

Hello everyone,

I am new to this lap band site. I had the lap band on Jan 24 2011, and have not lost a lbs since feb 18.. I am down 21 lbs but sooo frustrated at this point. I have had one fill, and will be getting my next one tomorrow. Any suggestions to get the ball rolling again?

thanks smile.gif

I was banded 1-27-11 and I have lost 21 pounds. I find if I stay under 1000 calories a day I just do not lose, but if I get a to around 1100 but not over 1200 I lose better, but still slow. I have 2 weeks of no loss for the most part. I seem to be up and down and fighting the same numbers too, but if I stick with it then eventually I get to lower at weigh in. Walking helps, but with two small kids and a full time job that is tough daily. I would appreciate any pointers too!
