Too tight or irritated?
Hi, I had a fill 7/18/13 just .25 and everything was good. I had an upper GI yesterday & now I can't keep anything down. Should I wait to see if I'm just irritated or is the band too tight?

intense intense headache. normal?
I was banded 12/30/10 and had a headache for the first two weeks. I did some research & found out that there is a nerve that is attached to your stomach that runs straight to the back of your head & when the band is placed it bothers this nerve until it get's used to having the band lay a crossed it. I don't know how factual it is but I found it in a few articles & after two weeks the every day headaches went away not I only have them if I don't have enough Protein. P

Snacks??
Ok so I just had my first fill last Fri. All is good but I have to fill in two spaces with Snacks 9 am and 3 pm . I'm clueless what a good snack would be. What do think is a good choice? I have had no bad food reactions yet but I'm staying away from rice & bread. Thanks P.

Does Sashimi count as soft food
Sashimi is the normal sushi but no rice it's just the fish. I bought a ahi tuna steak & food processed it with one packet of low sodium soy sauce & cottage cheese. It was yummy but I don't want to be filling up on unbenefical foods.

Does Sashimi count as soft food
So I'm 3 weeks post op and in the mushy food part of my diet. I'm a big sushi eater or was so I was wondering if sashimi would be ok to eat? I've been blending all my food in to a paste so texture isn't an issue. I've lost 18lbs so far so I don't want to mess it up. Also, Is there a higher Protein fish? Thanks P.
