  1. I had my plastic surgery done on Sept. 19 after weight loss of 70 pounds with another 20 to go. I had the wedge done as the surgeon didn't want to cut up my middle for fear of messing with lap band position. I had what is called the wedge which is where they cut you from hip bone to hip bone and take the apron off. If I had to redo this I would go for the whole TT, but I am satisfied with what I had at my age. I went from a size 16 to 14 pants!
  2. "]How do you guys do the tickers at the bottom of the page?
  3. I have had my band for 23 months now. I had 5cc's in a 10cc band. Well it happened....I started throwing up all the time! You name it water, ice-cream, soup, anything and everything. I waited for 2 weeks and finally went to see my GP for blood pressure check....well dahhhh my pressure was high because I have been throwing up my pills too! So made appt. with surgeon last week and she took every cc OUT!!!! There were 5 cc's so now I am back at square one! Has this ever happened to anybody were you start over after 2 years? I am PISSED!!!! I go back tomorrow for the swallow results that I had done on Friday, the Xray doc said my band did not slip, thank goodness! I wish I could have had what my husband had done....The Sleeve, he LOVES it!!!!! I have lost 60 lbs and my husband has lost 70. I still have 20 lbs to lose, but my husband is at his limit for weight loss.
