  1. I found the best protein mix that I think you will really enjoy, it's called 4 Ever Fit Vanilla flavor. You can mix it with 8 ounces of Water or milk, I use milk it taste better and you get more volume. You can purchase this online with Vitamin World. Also, I bought flavors, coconut, banana & chocolate (no calories) to change it up. It is very satisfying.
  2. I am 3 weeks post op Lap Band Surgery and for the past 3 days I am hungry. I eat lets say breakfast and 2 to 3 hrs later, I'm hungry and this has been the cycle. I'm worried because I weighed myself and I have gained 2 pounds I am not due to have a fill for another 2 weeks. Any ideas or suggestions for me.
  3. Don't be so hard on yourself, you just pick yourself back up and continue on doing great. It is a very hard time of year to be on a strict diet, but you can do it. Good luck.
  4. I had this problem prior to surgery and I was told it was heartburn which my doctor prescribed heartburn medication, Aciphex. Since my surgery he has doubled the dosage and it has helped tremendously. You may want to talk this over with your doctor, he maybe able to help. Wishing you luck.
  5. I am 7 days post op and I am having the same problem. I feel it's from the swelling and soreness from the surgery and it may take a good month before it resolves itself. Hopefully!
