Had my 6 week follow up today. I'm down 28lbs and no longer morbidly obese!! Just curious how much other June 25 sleeved have lost. Hope you all are doing well! -

How much is everyone walking? I am getting up and walking around my house every hour-hour and a half. I'm still sore and didn't know if I wasn't doing enough and maybe that's why I am hurting so much.. -

Hey everyone! We made it to the losers bench!! I was wondering if anyone else was still having significant pain at your largest incision site? My husband still has to help me get out of bed, go to the bathroom, up and down in the recliner..etc. He goes back to work on Monday and I'm worried about getting around on my own. Other than this I am doing fantastic! Any thoughts would be helpful!! -

I know there is a list somewhere but I can't find it. What are some things that you recent sleevers took to the hospital. My surgery is on Tuesday and I will be packing this weekend. Were you aloud to wear your own jammies or did you have to wear a gown the whole time? Any help would be appreciated!

I didn't have a liquid diet either. My surgeon said that if you were under a bmi of 50 then we had to do a lean Protein, brown rice, and a vegetable. Also, 64oz of Water and 2 Protein shakes a day. -

I am on the 25th in Kansas City too!!! I haven't seen anyone else from here let alone the same day!! Where are you having yours done? -
I have a question for everyone. My surgery is scheduled for the 25th. I know I will need to be walking and doing some type of exercise after getting home but its going to be hot outside and I was told not to get the incision sites sweaty due to infection..etc. So my question is, what is everyone doing for exercise?

Yamaha..I have been on the site quite a bit today. Its all recalling hitting me now that I have the date set. I'm so nervous but excited to move on. How are feeling so far?

I am the 25th as well!! It just got scheduled yesterday so it has been a huge reality check for me too!!!

The nurse called me last night. My surgery is scheduled for June 25th...getting nervous now!!!!!

I actually ended up calling my insurance company. They told me that they approved my surgery last Thursday. I called my surgeons office and left a message for the nurse. Hopefully she calls me back with a surgery date soon!!!

Has anyone called their insurance to get the status of their prior authorization? My case was submitted to insurance on May 7th. I am debating on calling them or not.
