  1. I had to learn to do the same thing. I was watching the scale to much and not focusing on the overall me. This is a lifestyle change that we have to be committed to so if the scale is not moving i still get satisfaction in my clothes being looser or wearing something i could not before
  2. Good for you. Keep up the good work! We are doing a biggest.loser contest at my job and i really want to win it.
  3. My recovery shake is whey isolate from GNC. I also mix in a scoop of Barndad Fiber powder.
  4. I agree i two have plateaued but i am changing my workout and hope that helps. I also get discouraged sometimes but i come here and read and get energized all over again.
  5. I know mine was still sore after three weeks. I think people heal at different rates. Just keep a check on it to make sure everything is ok and it Is not infected
  6. I agree use them as motivation. When i feel myself slipping i look at where i was and where i am now and get excited again about losing more weight.. so definitely keep them for that extra motivation and congrats on your success! !!
