  1. Congrats on your date....We will be doing this together my surgery is on the 7th and I start pre-op on the 21.....Keep in touch let me know how you are doing...
  2. If I were to make a suggestion, I would put them in a very small amount of sugar free pudding for example. Make sure it is not your personal favorite or you will never enjoy it again. Either that or use a shot glass with some crystal lite and get it over quick...
  3. Keep me posted on your progress...Make sure to add me as a friend so that we can keep up with each other...I am so very excited I start my pre-op on 2 -21 I have my protein in the house, the only thing left I have to do is clean, pack and kick the diet coke habit....
  4. All of your reply's are great. I still have not told the boss as of yet I will have to prepare him soon rather than later. My pre-op shakes came in the mail today. My doctor wanted me to use a special shake, so I ordered it from Ebay. I got Optifast 800 has anybody had to use this before surgery? My doctor will be Dr. David Kim in Dallas, Tx he is a great doctor I will have regular follow ups with him after my surgery all included in the surgery price of 12,300. Since I am self pay I wanted to locate a doctor that was reasonable on the price and would take great care of me after the fact. I am looking forward to my surgery and meeting some great people on here...my sleeve brothers and sisters
