    Amazing. This is why I love this site. Sometimes, it feels wierd caz your really note sure,,,but looking at your pix, makes it all worth it. 189 with the band, and you don't even look like you have hanging skin. What did you do specifically.

    SUMMERSKYGRAY I do have extra skin the cloths just hide it well lol. But I workout 5 times a week sometimes 2 times a day

    That's tremendous progress....Most people do not lose weight as quickly as you did. I was wondering if maybe you'd continued on your liquid diet, afterwards as well. Is your lose skin painful? I had a friend, that got the insurance company to pay for it becuase it was causing her a lot of pain and discomfort.
