I have to ck. w/ gabe on how many cc. i got. Today, Saturday, I woke up and had a cup of coffee. Of course, I had to spend the rest of the day sabotaging myself. I proceeded to eat cookies(5), lf yogurt, oatmeal, cheez stix and frozen yogurt at night. O f course, I don't feel too much of a difference from the fill. Ive got to stop testing and challenging myself. (25)

I was finally filled today for the first time. I was feeling as if I never had the surgery. Gabe said I should come back in 4 wks because he wasn't sure if I would feel a substantial difference. I am on clear fluids for 3 days and then I go to mushy food for 3 days. Right now I am starving! (3/16/07) Promised myself that I will start walking at least 3X/week. Must exercise. Must keep up with the fills and must go to the support groups.
