Getting closer

Well my surgery date is now June 20th....I am not nervous or anything..maybe I will be once it is here. I guess I am more excited than anything...I have a very calm feeling about all of it and I am just looking forward to the new me....to be able to play with my kids and enjoy doing things together...to take hikes with the family and now sound like I am having a heart attack....life will be better and better....

Well I just received a phone call for my consultation with Dr. Monson....May 15th....Yes that is correct MAY 15th..........a whole month away:faint: ...I asked that if everything goes ok when I could expect surgery date....in August!!!!!!!!! Not the news I wanted to hear........That will be 7 months from my informational meeting to my surgery date...just didn't think it would take so long.....:cry

Easter

Well another holiday has come and gone. We didn't do much. Family went out and ate. I was on a nieces website...she had her camera at the resturant. While capturing all the older kids at her table I could see me in the background...ugh!!! I can't believe at how large I have become...if I really thought about this situation I could easily become depressed. I hope I get approved for this surgery. I hope that I am able to follow it and become a new me. I want this so bad and now......I can't even t

Jan. 22, 2007 Informational meeting. March 30th Psyc. consult...I passed Now I am waiting for the clinic to call with my Dr. consultation date. Still don't know what I am suppose to be doing before this if anything. I read others that see diaticians before but I have not been told to do any of this....somewhat confused.
