I feel yucky....I have been doing pretty good on the liquids and today I decided to eat a little something and now I'm in pain. Went to my hubby's class reunion and ate like a dumb A$$. All I took was about 4 to 6 bites and now I feel like crap. I'm not making that mistake again til Dr. says to start soft phase.. What was I thinking....Oh that's right I wasn't.....

I feel great...Still a little sore around the port area but other than that I feel awesome. I still can't get all the liquids down but doing better. I have lost 12.2 lbs which is WONDERFUL....I'm still trying to decided how to tell people that I was banded. Good luck to everyone that is on their new journey.

I need some advice. I'm not sure how to tell people I have been banded. I do not want to lie but I don't want to hear all the B.S. either. I realize it's not anyone business but people are starting to ask questions. My family is very supportive but my husband feels it isn't anyone business. How did you all handle it.....HELP

Day 5 post-op....I'm feeling a little blah. I'm tired of the same liquids....YUCK....Thank goodness I'm not really feeling hungry. I cooked last night for the 1st time and I was very proud that I didn't want to eat what I had cooked. My family has been great through all this. I'm ready for the SOFT phases.....:smile2:
