I have been banded now for one week and 3 days and have lost a total of 16 pounds. I am still very very sore, but the doc says that is to be expected especially when they mess with your stomach, your muscles will be sore. Tonight I had my first bad experience with food getting stuck! OUCH!!!! I was eating an oven puffy pancake made with mostly eggs and apples and I didn't chew a slice of baked apple good enough, and the rest is history.
