Holiday Failures

I hear confession is good for the soul. This was my second holiday since being banded on May 17th . Well I have slink back to my old habits. Hot sauce and chips and mexican food, dessert with dinner, a hot dog and scoop of ice cream on July 4th. Pizza with the grandkids yesterday. Oh and I forgot the vodka and cranberry on saturday night. Drum roll please...... I am three pounds heavier today:cursing:. All I can say is why did I do this. Tomorrow I have my second fill. Today I am detoxing mysel

May first Social Outting since the banding

I went to a wedding over the week end and loved seeing the reaction of some of my friends that have not seen me since Christmas. It was nice not sitting in a corner hoping no will notice me and actually getting up to dance and socialize.I am looking forward to the journey. Have a nice week everyone.

First fill and hungry

I survived the pre-op diet, I survived the post op diet losing weight. However I started solid foods even had my first fill(2cc's) and I am gaining weight. I am riding 20 miles a day with the highest level and this week weighing two pounds more than last week. No sweets, pasta , bread or wine in over a month. uggghhhh!!!!!!!!!
