Just one day out of hospital

Hi everyone ! Just got out last night. I am drinking my protein and liquids. I had a good experience after surgery. I did not have hardly any pain. So I have a lot of weight to lose, about 175 pound, but I fially took the first step. That is why I joined this web site, I need all the help and encouragement I can get. I hope I can help others out there too. :thumbup:
