Go to another doctor. That may be his opinion, get a second opion and tell the doctor that you already went through the 6 month program and that you do not want to be a victim of the yo-yo syndrom again.
Good luck !
Thank you guys for your good wishes. Well as of today I have lost 12 pounds. I have 163 pounds to go. So far so good. I have been walking every evening for 1 mile. It's a start, I can feel already feel some difference on my knees! The only problem I have had is real bad constipation ! I never had such a problem, but I finally took some stool softners. I hope they work. I alway ate fruit and veggies so I never had this problem. Hopfully when I start eating soft food it will get better.
I hope everyone out there is doing well and I keep it up!
I am so sorry that this happened to you. It just makes you remember that surgery is surgery and anything can go wrong. I hope your vacation is wonderful.
Hi everyone ! Just got out last night. I am drinking my protein and liquids. I had a good experience after surgery. I did not have hardly any pain. So I have a lot of weight to lose, about 175 pound, but I fially took the first step. That is why I joined this web site, I need all the help and encouragement I can get. I hope I can help others out there too.
