:nervous ok i have to start up good now mrs betty may fussed at me and told be to get in the box but it has not worked for me , i think it is because i haven't had any restriction but dr kalein worked hard on filling me up yesterday and i think maybe it is going to be tighter now. my goals are 10 lbs by the time i see drk again on 3/5 that will be 242 20 lbs by my b'day 4/22 232 32 lbs by jine 1 that will be 220 and that is the least i've weight since that metabollic diet and i like to be a
